We are looking for our next A-Player Physical Therapist at Roscoe Physiotherapy, a privately owned and fast-growing outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Hermitage, PA.
We are a Hybrid PT Clinic - meaning we have a mixed caseload of Insurance-based, Out-of-Network, and Cash Pay patients. We also offer extensive Wellness Services for our clients.

Starting salary from $60k - $75k with objective goals for incremental salary increases.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for individuals who have the ability to perform the following skills:

Have a strong desire to go above and beyond for their patients.

Have a high comfort level and skill in providing hands-on manual therapy techniques for the patient (or willingness to learn/improve)

Are able to “think outside the box” regarding intervention and understand how to appropriately progress a patient’s program based upon their individualized needs.

Communicate with patients in a way that allows them to confidently make the right decision about the plan of care you suggest.

Clearly communicate what the patient is to expect daily and throughout their entire plan of care.

Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set.)

Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic.

Communicate the value of our service with the fee/price that the patient will need to pay to access it.

Ensure the patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for PT (and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest).

Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently (and tell their friends and family about us as well).
